Acceptance of Terms

The services and products that EFI Diagnostics provide to you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“TOC’S”). EFI Diagnostics reserves the right to update the TOC’S at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOC’S can be viewed by clicking on the “Terms and Conditions of Use” hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“TOC’S”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.efidiagnostics.com.au website and the mobile application (the “Service”) operated by us at EFI Diagnostics.
Description of Services
EFI Diagnostics provide parts and services (collectively “Services”). The Services, including any improvements, enhancements, features, and/or the addition of any new EFI Diagnostics parts and services, are subject to the TOC’S.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these TOC’S. If you disagree with any part of the TOC’S, then you may not access the Service.

Parts and Service

Our parts and services come with warranty under the Australian Consumer Law.
EFI Diagnostics Warranty is a benefit to you the customer, given your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (‘the ACL’).
In all cases, the responsibility for attending to or accepting any claim under the EFI Diagnostics Warranty remains with EFI Diagnostics where the original work was performed.
In summary, the EFI Diagnostics Warranty is provided to you –
• By EFI Diagnostics (trading as EFI Diagnostics) of Unit 18/ 172-174 Redland Bay Road, Capalaba, phone: (07) 3823 5844, contact by email use the contact form below:
• With you as the consumer responsible for expenses associated with a warranty claim;
• Only as the original purchaser of the part, service or repair;
• Only upon production of your invoice, receipt or proof of original purchase;
• Where not excluded by our Warranty Exclusions;
• For the following period or kilometres travelled (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase:

Your EFI Diagnostics Warranty does not extend to the following:

• parts supplied by the customer
• where a fault relates to a part covered by warranty – labour costs to replace the faulty part are not covered by the warranty and are payable by the customer
• damage caused by continued use of the vehicle, after a defect is suspected or known
• damage created by mishandling of the vehicle or where the vehicle is used in competitive events
• damage caused by, fire, theft or accident; damage caused by towing
• alteration, modification or removal of products by anyone not authorised by EFI Diagnostics; we will not pay under the Warranty for work performed elsewhere unless it has been expressly authorised by EFI Diagnostics prior to work being carried out
• damage by causes beyond our control

If you wish to claim any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your invoice that was created on completion of the service.

Links to Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by EFI Diagnostics.

EFI Diagnostics has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that EFI Diagnostics shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these TOC’S at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new TOC’S taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

TOC’S of Trade

All invoices are paid in full on completion of work unless otherwise
We take Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa) Debit Card, Online Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque (A requirement for accepting Cheques – we will require a Photo ID with a Current Address)
